S.B. Restaurant Co., which runs 29 restaurants in six states, filed for reorganization this week. As part of the reorganization and pending sale, thet company shuttered several Elephant Bar restaurants last week including a location in Irvine. The company said the restaurant faced a “challenging economic environment.”
