We are proud to serve eggs from local pasture-raised hens, as well as bacon and sausage from healthy, humanely raised animals. All breakfast sandwiches are available with house made tomato relish and butter and jam on the side

All grand central sandwiches begin with our slow-fermented, hearth-baked breads made with flour grown and milled in the Northwest. We serve only 100% antibiotic-free, humanely raised meats and use local in-season produce. May be ordered with just mayo as an eggless alternative to regular mayo
