Everything on the Ironwood menu is created and prepared in-house. Ironwood is the only restaurant in town serving Certified PRIME Angus Beef in each cut selection. All steaks are corn-fed for flavor, aged for a minimum of six weeks for tenderness, and cut in-house for consistency.
