Kopan is a Japanese traditional hot noodle specified as a Tonkotsu (豚骨, “pork bone”) Ramen. A robustly rich and cloud-like creamy broth highlighting the hearty and savory pork!
How is our Kopan ramen broth produced?
We have achieved to produce our already successful Kopan broth by using our top quality porks over 16 hours. It has been proven successful at our already flourishing Kopan Ramen Fullerton location and in Burbank, Rowland Heights, Encino and now in Alhambra!
