Does Lady Mendl's offer catering services off premise?
Only a small plaque stating "Lady Mendl's" marks the entrance to our brownstone. We do not offer catering services off premise. We not do have items from our tea menu available for pick up. Located within The Inn at Irving Place, Lady Mendl's is housed in a Victorian style salon.
What to eat at Lady Mendels?
The two favorites at the table were the salmon and the fig sandwiches. Sweet courses were scones, a tidy slice of crepe cake, and small sweets (macarons and petit fours). My daughter has been to other tea rooms and Lady Mendels is on the top of our list when visiting the city.

Lovely place. Good atmosphere. Be aware you must check in your coat before being seated. It isn't a tea pot on the table type place, it is unlimited taste test tea, which I prefer personally. Love it, would visit again soon. Only thing is a wish there wasn't a rush to finish the food. It is supposed to be a very slow eat.
