What is a calypso favorite food?
A Calypso favorite! Green leaf lettuce and tortilla chips topped with black beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, red onions, and your choice of chicken, beef, or rice. Served with barbecue sauce on the side. (with white meat or pulled BBQ white chicken add 2.01)
Does Calypso make their own salads?
You’ve heard about Calypso’s bountiful salads . . . chances are . . . if you are a first-timer, someone sent you in to try one! Our produce is cut fresh daily, and all our salad dressings are homemade. A Calypso favorite!

A small salad with fresh greens, tomato, cucumber and shredded carrots.
Cutters (Island Lingo for Sandwich)
Served with lettuce and tomato and choice of one side order. Steak Fries, Pigeon peas and Rice, Black Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or Salad.
Roti's
Medium-spiced curry in a soft flour tortilla like "bake (skin)" served with one side item. Steak Fries, Pigeon peas and Rice, Black Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or Salad.
Burgers (8 oz. U.S.D.A. choice ground beef)
Served with lettuce and tomato and choice of one side order. Steak Fries, Pigeon peas and Rice, Black Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or Salad.
Fish & Chips
Fresh dolphin fish in a traditional English style beer batter. Deep-Fried and served with steak fries and malt vinegar
Lunch Platters (available until 4:00 PM)
Served with choice of one side order. Steak Fries, Pigeon peas and Rice, Black Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or Salad.
Lunch Curries (available until 4:00 PM)
West Indies style curry served over pidgeon peas and rice, medium spicy. Hot upon request.
