Can you eat at Mickey Lu's?
Love Mickey-Lu's. While visiting family in the area we always make sure we stop at Mickey-Lu's .. always great food and love the malts. Helpful? Family came up north to get together and of course, part of the trip was eating at our popular places! We were sorry we could not eat inside, but that's ok, we understand.

Is Lou and Mickey’s a good place for dinner and drinks?
We have been to Lou and Mickey’s on numerous occasions for drinks and dinner. Very much enjoy the ambiance. The last two occasions have been extremely disappointing. I certainly realize we are in very trying times and staffing is difficult.
How would you describe Mikey Lou's?
I entered Mikey Lou's to be taken back... in time to the 1970's! Tiny booths with an old time juke box, and spinning stools at the counter, complete with a clear case pie stack that held fresh baked pies! There is a limited menu of burgers, and dogs. No fries, but chips.
Where is Lou and Mickey's?
Located across the street from the San Diego Convention Center and nestled underneath the iconic entrance to the Gaslamp Quarter, Lou & Mickey’s has been Downtown San Diego’s favorite steakhouse for over a decade. The restaurant was recently renovated, yet still magically transports you to another time. Whether you’re a Ribeye fanatic or a Wagyu lover, this timeless steakhouse is a true meat destination.

The Sketch Room
This semi-private, octagon shaped room offers classic French door windows with views of the San Diego Convention Center. Seated 30 | Reception 40.
The Red Room
This is our only private room, and it's located toward the back portion of the restaurant. It can host up to 50 for a cocktail reception on a flow. The Salon
The semi-private Salon is our largest indoor dining space. It's considered semi-private because even though your guests will be the only ones consuming the space, it is separated from the rest of the restaurant by wood partitions which do not allow us to control the volume from the rest of the restaurant. Seated 85 | Reception 120
The Front Patio
The main patio is on the front of the restaurant, right on 5th Avenue beneath the historic entrance to the Gaslamp District. This is the largest patio space in the restaurant, and it's shaded by umbrellas. Heaters are always available if needed.
