How is lunch registration calculated?
The price of each lunch option is calculated by taking the cost of the meal and multiplying by the number of days that lunch will be served during the quarter.
Is the quarterly meal payment refundable?
All quarterly meal payments are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the start of the quarter. Once online registration closes, any orders received for the quarter will be assessed a $25 late fee and the quarterly lunch cost will not be prorated.
Does PCA provide lunch?
PCA has arranged with several local restaurants to provide lunches to our students which parents may purchase on a quarterly basis throughout the school year. This provides an alternative to packing a lunch each day for your child.
Weekly Vegetarian and Gluten Free Lunch Options Available by Online Pre-Order Only
In addition to our monthly lunch menu, we are now offering vegetarian and Gluten Free options that will be the same every week. These options are only offered by online pre-order.
The Accounting is Handled by PCA
Your payments are handled directly through your RenWeb account. Your account will be credited instantly with your online payment.
The Ordering Process
You’re in control! Parents are able to see the week-at-a-glance menu and pre-order meals for their child through RenWeb. Pre-orders are due by 3:00pm on Friday for the following week. Forgot to pre-order? Don’t worry, your child can select a delicious meal in the cafeteria.
Itemized Invoices by Child
Parents have the ability to view itemized invoices in RenWeb Parentsweb. This will allow you to know what your child purchased and when they purchased it.
End of Year Accounting
All lunch credits will remain in your Renweb account and roll over to the next school term. If you would prefer your credit balance to be refunded, please send your request by the last Monday of the current school year. Your request must be in writing via email to tjohnson@pantego.com.
