Sitara carries a wide variety of vegetarian curry selections. Lentils, chickpeas, and assorted variety of fresh vegetables are prepared in curry sauces. Lentils and Chick peas are very high in protein and preparing them in curry sauce further enhances their taste and adds flavour.

Sitara staff is very health conscious and use only Canola oil in cooking. Sitara uses locally grown food and fresh produce from the local Farmer’s Market. We serve domestic red and white wine, domestic beer, imported beer, and Cheetah Beer.
