What do you think of the snappy Dragon chow mein?

The Snappy Dragon chow mein with homemade noodles really wasn't my thing. The vegetable aspect was mostly bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, neither of which I enjoy much. The texture of the noodles was dense and reminded me of spaetzel. I didn't like the flavor of the sauce it was in at all. The crispy fried pork wontons were okay.

Is homemade wonton good?

As a doughaholic, the wontons and homemade noodles were so good. The wontons had a thinner skin, to match the broth. While the handmade noodles were sturdier and stood up to the vegetables and meats. One star taken off, due to the volume this restaurant serves.

Does Mantou come with duck?

The duck did taste very good, but I was disappointed that it came with Mantou instead of the thin, fluffy white buns that normally comes with duck. Mantou is a traditionally steamed bun, but in this case was pretty dense so didn't really go with the duck. There were no slivered green onions to cut the richness either.
