Taco Reho has been Rockin’ and Rollin in Southern Delaware since 2014. Chef Billy Lucas is a local culinary mastermind who has toured, and fed a handful of famous Rockstars, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Drake and Nine Inch Nails.
