TONKOTSU RAMEN

Pork broth: pork chasu, kikurage, bean sprouts, green onion, seasoned egg, garlic oil, fried onion, served with thick noodle.

CHICKEN RAMEN

Chicken broth: chicken chashu, spinach, bean sprouts, green onion, half egg, served with thin noodle.

COLD RAMEN

Sesame sauce, chopped pork chashu, *half-seasoned egg, cucumber, bean sprouts, spinach served with thick noodle.

RICE BOWLS

Slow-braised beef sukiyaki, onion, half-seasoned egg, green onion, sesame seeds.

Vegetarian and Vegan Ramen

Authentic Japanese ramen. Exchange to kale noodle for an additional charge. Kale noodle is gluten freen noodle.
