What to drink at a Thai Bloom?
A Thai Bloom! original cocktail features sweet vanilla vodka, almondy amaretto, Thai Iced Tea and whipped cream. Thai Whiskey with sweet vermouth, freshly brewed Jasmine tea, and drops of bitters. Shaken cold and served up with a cherry garnish. Dark rum and coconut rum with grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice with a peach schnapps float.

Soups – 160 oz. Serves 15-20 as a side portion
A classic Thai coconut milk based soup with mushroom, green onion, cherry tomato, fried shallots, cilantro, kaffir lime leaf, galangal root, lemongrass, and dried Thai chili. Choice of chicken, prawns, or tofu with vegetables.
Salads – Serves 8-10 per platter as a side portion
Discover the four flavors of Thailand with an amazing dressing combining sour from lime, spicy from hot chili, salty from fish sauce, and sweet from palm sugar. Tossed with fresh green papaya, green bean, tomato, garlic, dried shrimp, and peanuts.
