A traditional favorite dusted with our BBQ rub and finished with a subtle heat spike.
SMOKED MEATBALL SUCKERS
Large meatballs smoked and finished with our famous BBQ sauce. Served with a stick and eaten sucker style.
A SHEETLOAD OF NACHOS
A sheet tray of fresh fried tortilla chips layered with our homemade queso sauce, taco seasoned diced chicken, chopped tomatoes, fresh salsa, black olives, sour cream, and green onions.
SMOKED BACON FRIES
Our pinwheel fries are fried golden brown, smothered with our delicious MAD Brewing beer cheese sauce and topped with applewood smoked bacon. Yes, bacon and beer cheese together!
NASHVILLE HOT SHRIMP
Tender, breaded shrimp pieces covered in spicy hot sauce and served with choice of buttermilk ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce.
BBQ POTATO SKINS
We carve out the middle of a fresh baked potato and stuff it with pulled pork and cole slaw. It is then topped with melted aged cheddar and candied jalapenos. This whole mound of deliciousness is then painted with our famous BBQ sauce.
PIG CANDY
Pork belly chunks lightly breaded and fried crisp. These delicious nuggets are then coated with a maple bourbon glaze.
