Where can I find healthy meals and snacks on campus?
Find healthy meals and snacks for every palette right on campus: Brown Hall: Buffet-style dining hall, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Highsmith Union Food Court: A-la-carte meals in a variety of flavors, including made-to-order flatbread pizza and salads, sushi, and American comfort food.
What is the cancer hospital cafeteria?
This encompasses dining venues in other medical buildings connected to the N.C. Cancer Hospital. A convenient way to make purchases at cafeterias without having to have your wallet or money with you. To learn more, see a hospital cafeteria assistant or visit the link above for more information.

Dietary Preferences
Due to the serious disruptions taking place in the commercial food supply chain, Aramark is experiencing an extremely high rate of product substitutions from our distributors. If you need assistance navigating the menu options available due to allergens or intolerances, please speak with the chef or food service manager on duty.
Courtyard Café
The Courtyard Café is UNC REX's main dining room and café. It is located on the first floor of the hospital.
Korner Café
Located near the Patient Tower entrance on the second floor of the hospital, the Korner Café offers additional dining options in a café setting.
Kardia Café
This innovative, award-winning restaurant is located on the bottom floor of the Heart and Vascular Hospital, adjoined to the main hospital. Kardia provides a unique culinary experience by introducing dishes that are healthy, but more importantly, delicious!
Room Service
Our room service menu is available to patients between 6:45 am - 6:45 pm.
Vending Machines
For your convenience, there are vending machines located throughout the hospital.
