House Fried Rice

Stir Fried with fried egg, edamame, vegetables (white onion, broccoli, carrot, green pepper, mushrooms and bean sprout).

Kitchen Entrees

Grilled chicken. Served on a hot skillet, with fried vegetables (Carrot, white onion, broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms) Teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and white rice.

Fried Spicy Noodles

Stir fried thick noodles, with vegetables (white onion, broccoli, carrot, green pepper, mushrooms, bean sprout, jalapeno) and spicy sauce.

Hot Stone Bibimbap

Served on a hot stone with, white or brown rice. Vegetable (carrot, spinach, bean sprout, zucchini, mushroom, lettuce) fried egg, sesame oil, and spicy sauce.

Udon Soups

Thick wheat noodles in hot broth and vegetables (Bean sprout, seaweed, mushrooms, scallions) with cooked egg.

Sushi Bar Entrees

Teriyaki. Served in box traditional with fraser salad and fried vegetables. (carrot, white onion, broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms) 1 piece shrimp tempura, 2 pieces vegetable tempura, 2 pieces fried shrimp shumai, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, 1 California roll, 2 pieces nigiri, and 2 pieces sashimi.

Tempura Rolls

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado whole deep fried, teriyaki and avocado sauce.
