Tusker House now has Lunch with characters...in safari attire. Very cute! The food is American and African Cuisine. We've had enjoyed breakfast here many times, so we decided to try the lunch this time. Our ADR was at 11am, they were just ending breakfast and... starting lunch.

OMG! Tusker House is such a win, especially for my group of 9. In lieu of the buffet they are currently doing family style. The salad is well dressed and perfect for a HOT day. The main course is PERFECTION! The pork and chicken are juicy and delicious. These meats are not super seasoned and good for the pickier/less adventurous eater.

The check-in area for Tusker House character meals is tucked away in the back of Dawa Bar. Cast members check you in at a small podium and ask for your mobile number. Then Tusker House sends a text message when your table is ready. Entering into Tusker House you are transported to an African village market.

Is Tusker House character meal good?
Our Tusker House character meal experience was great. The characters moved through the restaurant efficiently, but still gave each table plenty of time for a meaningful character interaction. The ethnic inspired food was better than many other character meal buffets we’ve attended, but there is also plenty of traditional American food for less adventurous eaters.
